Add a custom style class to the top level node title and contents in Drupal 7

I want to define a class for the node title and contents.
Is there any good way to do it, I want to use the preprocess function to add the class but in the node page there is still a “type” class.
I know and are different, but how can I add the class to either of them in 79d0ba445c
